The white paint dipped pinecones don’t only look beautiful on an Advent or Christmas table but actually on every festively decorated table.

Recently I presented such a kind of wall decoration already, but there wrapped with patterned paper, large-sized photos or fabric.
I find these silhouet leaves pictures almost more beautiful :)

What a wonderful idea: to batik reasonably priced with children without getting it dangerous for the little ones she simply uses washable (school) glue!
And what children can do, I can, too.
Very often ;-)))
By the way, she uses watered down acrylic colours to colour everything in.

Did you run out of acrylic colours but still have some poster paint and PVA glue? Then simply mix your own acrylic colour ;-))
There you can surely mix in stuff like sawdust, oat flakes or the like to get a kind of textured paint, but that’s just an idea.

After I’ve seen the tutorial on how to create such a background I tried it myself and it worked out great.
I never believed that I could paint such a beautiful background ;-)
