The title may be cumbersome, the faux pencil shavings jewelry is not ;-)
I find the pin great!

This yarn feather (II) is made in the same way than the yarn feather that I presented before.
I’ve only been fascinated by the ways to further embellish it :)

I’ve often seen Pysanky Easter eggs in internet and always found them great. But to tell the truth I find it much to time-consuming to make wax batik on eggs.
That’s why I was thrilled when finding the tutorial on how to make faux Pysanky Easter eggs which are simply painted with felt-tip pens and which I find as beautiful as the real eggs ;-)

Not long ago I presented faux ceramic and milk glass vases.
In a similar way you can also make wonderful coloured cookie plates.
I find them just right for a spring coffee table :)

I’m completely amazed how these pretty old-fashioned glass vases become really chic faux ceramic and milk glass vases!
These pieces look wonderful, don’t they?
As if they were from real ceramic!

Did you always wanted to have some costly pearl jewelry? A real long necklace of pearls or a luxuriant pin of pearls?
No problem, simply make your own pearls.
You don’t even have to swallow some grains of sand as mollusks have to do ;-))

I’ve seen several paper maché objects, but jars looking like stumps are still something special to me.
Something especially cute ;-))
I’m not totally sure that I should make them myself ;-), but I liked them so much that I wanted to present them here.
Furthermore I didn’t know this paper maché preparation, I really like to give a try some day.

Some time ago I presented the DIY Shrinky Dinks, now I found at craftster the Faux Fused Glass.
Sheer lunacy!
She published the actual tutorial in her blog.
She uses the ‘real’ shrinky dinks, but it should work with the self-made as well?!
