Layered Paper Flowers

Holly Brooke Jones Layered Paper Flowers

I’ve presented some paper flowers, paper stars and paper snowflakes already, to glue them into each other and make layered paper flowers makes them still more beautiful, I think :)

Cross-Stitched Matchboxes

Craft and Creativity Cross-Stitched Matchboxes

Aren’t the cross-stitch decorated matchboxes cute?

I can imagine different occasions where you can give them away filled with money or a little something:

  • with a heart for Valentine’s Day,
  • with a little flower for Easter,
  • with numbers as Advent calendar box in Advent,
  • with a Christmas tree at Christmas or
  • with an initial as gift box for special people,
  • with a little car for a passed exam for a driver’s licence,
  • with a baby carriage for the birth of a child,
  • and much more :)

Cake Mix in a Jar

enaverena Cake Mix in a Jar

I presented the coloured sand jars before. The idea of a cake mix in a jar picks this up and develops it further by simply layering the ingredients for muffins or the like and giving it away as a gift.
The instruction lists also three recipes with matching labels to print out (all in German).
A great idea!

All is in German, but you can surely find recipes that you would gift and if you like the layout of the labels, she links to the used font (scroll down to ‘Verwendete Schriftarten für die Etiketten:’).
