Well, do you also want to have a Mermaid who throws herself at you?
Simply knit one ;-))

Crocheted and Woven One Skein Scarf
I presented a scarf woven from one skein before, I find this one skein scarf here not bad, too :)

One Skein Woven Scarf
That’s something I’d like to try: to weave a scarf from one skein of socks wool, one half for the warp and one half for the weft.
And I still have some cardboard for a cardboard loom ;-))

Crocheted Flower Shawl
I find this crocheted scarf really cute, it simply consists of lengths of chains and strewn little flowers ;-)
Once I crocheted this pattern, but without the lengths of chains and even though it looks tricky I didn’t found it very difficult.
You just have to follow the diagram carefully ;-))
The pattern isn’t available anymore.
But I found the scarf very cute and so I tried to remember how it worked and wrote my own pattern.
It is much more flexible because it tells you how to modify the length of chains between the little flowers.

Felt Leaves Scarf
Wow, I find the felt leaves scarf really great, too!
She made it with Nuno-felting of silk, sewing on of the leaf stitchings and cutting out of the middle pieces, but she writes that it should work with prefabricated felt, too.
When Nuno-felting, you felt the wool in thin layers into a prefabricated fabric, I did it before but not with silk but with a simple chiffon kerchief and it worked great.
Reversible Cabled Scarf
I like the reversible cabled scarf very much – just as the Lamar Scarf it made me think about.
I still haven’t finished the latter therefore I won’t begin the reversible cabled scarf.
Sigh.

Blue Bunny Scarf
Cute, isn’t ist, such a cuddly bunny around your neck?! ;-)
She gave in her entry a short description on how and with what she knitted the peewee.
In addition she refers to the Veggie fox, the fox you can knit yourself.
Let’s see, perhaps I will make them one day for myself…
Knit and Felt a Knot Bracelet
These knit-felted knot bracelets are cute, aren’t they?
I think that you can surely make them with filled I-cords, too, then they are more firm (only take care about what happens to the filling when felting with hot water!). In principle it’s what Sue suggested in her comment.
Or the whole thing may be even possible with a buttoned I-cord bracelet, where the original was made with beads. When using glass buttons or glass beads it should be no problem to felt it (but I haven’t tried it yet).
Possibly you can even use filled and felted I-cords to make a fabric bowl from?!
And when you felt some of the cords of the cute spaghetti scrap scarf it surely looks great, too.
Oof, soo many ideas ;-))

Scarf Tying Guide
I love scarves but they never look the way I want them to.
Now I found the scarf tying guide which is a great help to me.
I must admit: Literally it is no craft instruction but concerning me: Illiterally it is, because I always broke my fingers on scarf tying ;-))
