Bees Drinking Trough

facebook EUV Stadtbetrieb Castrop-Rauxel Bees Drinking Trough

If it gets too hot you can offer a bees drinking trough to bees and other insects – and you can simply use the caps of plastic bottles :)
Important: fill the plastic bottle caps only with water, not with sugar or honey water!

Thanks, Brigitte, for the tip!

Recycled Wall Organizer

Homey Oh My Recycled Wall Organizer

I find this recycled wall organizer great: simple yet beautiful! :)

And writing this entry I found out that I have already presented more of this kind: the plastic bottle sponge holder, the monster pencil holder, the shampoo case, the recycled holder for charging cell phones and the diy charge station.
All are similar – and still they are all different.
I find them great :)

Bracelets with Colouring Pages

Persia Lou Day Bracelets with Colouring Pages

These bracelets with colouring pages are great!
There you transfer the painted colouring pages to the bracelets.
If this also works with a self-made bracelet from recycled paper or with a bracelet from a recycled plastic bottle?
Well, and when you don’t like or make bracelets, take a look at what else you can make with colouring pages :)

Swatch Bangle

See Me Knit Swatch Bangle

Another beautiful idea: if you knit something you often knit a swatch first.
You can collect these swatches and in the course of time get enough for a blanket.
But you can also make a swatch bangle, matching your sweater :))
For that purpose you simply sew the swatch around a ready-made bracelet.
If you don’t have aready-made bracelet you can also make the bracelet yourself from a plastic bottle (see the knitted/crocheted bangles) or from paper (see the bracelet from recycled paper) :)

Patterned Concrete Planters

instructables Muhaiminah Faiz Patterned Concrete Planters

The patterned concrete planters are actually easy to make because the pattern comes from the use of different plastic bottles.
A great idea!

I think that you can make this with plaster, too, but it would not be as waterproof and not as heavy as concrete.
