Chocolate Easter Surprise Egg

not martha Chocolate Easter Surprise Eggs

It’s not soo long until Easter anymore and you may want to practise a little bit. That’s why the next days will deal with very different easter eggs.
If easter eggs don’t really appeal to you, many of the decorations can also be applied to spheres ;-)

Today I’d like to present the chocolate Easter surprise egg, a stuffed chocolate egg in a real egg shell!
I’m very impressed.

Recycled Gift Tags

Hamburger Liebe Recycled Gift Tags

I find these recycled gift tags great!

As well the round as the rectangular elements can depending on the season easily be cut from old Birthday, Christmas, Easter, Spring or whatever cards, or from matching gift wrap papers that are glued to white paper for reinforcement.

In place of the gift wrap papers you should also can use pages from old books, beautiful pictures from (travel) brochures or self-made or self-stamped paper.
And photos.

And, yes, you should also be able to make a coupon Advent calendar! :)

And then you can also embroider, doodle, paint, cut to paper flowers the elements.
And incorporate small beads or yarn threads.

Whew, my imagination rans riot again ;-))

Cinnabunnies

Betty Crocker Arlene Cummings Cinnabunnies

You can bake for once cinnabunnies in place of cinnabons for Easter ;-)

In the tutorial they are made from a cinnabon prepackage, I don’t know whether you have these, too. If not you must simply mix your own cinnabunnies ;-)

Faux Pysanky Easter Eggs

Gingerbread Snowflakes Faux Pysanky Easter Eggs

I’ve often seen Pysanky Easter eggs in internet and always found them great. But to tell the truth I find it much to time-consuming to make wax batik on eggs.
That’s why I was thrilled when finding the tutorial on how to make faux Pysanky Easter eggs which are simply painted with felt-tip pens and which I find as beautiful as the real eggs ;-)

Onion Skin Dyed Easter Eggs

Simply Notable Onion Skin Dyed Easter Eggs

Because I nearly forgot Valentine’s Day I prefer to start a little sooner with Easter crafts.
And you may possibly practice a little before ;-)

I find that the onion skin dyed Easter eggs look wonderful and it doesn’t seem too hard to make them :)
