To break a mirror is bad luck – but to reassemble a broken mirror the right way can help to put one’s makeup on ;-))
The tutorial shows how you can make a substitute for expensive cosmetics with stuff from kitchen.
However I’d be cautious because essential oils and similar can be quite aggressive sometimes!
Note also the comment by Leanne Veitch, who states that lavender can be dangerous.

I nearly never use nail polish, but I like the marbled nails so much that I will think about using it more often ;-)
Well, I really must give the homemade insect spray a try!
Although I’d prefer to keep the vodka than seeing to it that the insects get it ;-))

In the end one can hardly use up the thin slice of soap and usually one throws it away.
What a pity, because these soap scraps are a wonderful und free source to occupy oneself with soap making ;-)
